It is Kusog Pera policy to comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. This commitment reflects the value we place on earning and keeping the trust of our customers, business partners and others who share their personal information with us.
This Policy applies to all Internet sites and mobile applications operated by or on behalf of Kusog Pera and includes other entities worldwide affiliated with Kusog Pera. It also applies to personal information Kusog Pera may otherwise collect:

Kusog Pera is a mobile application software (“App”) available on the Google Play Store (“App”) which you have downloaded onto your mobile phone, cellphone or handheld device (Device).

collect your personal information only for specified and legitimate purposes. The information we collect will be relevant, adequate and not excessive for the purposes for which it is collected;

This Policy constitutes as an inseparable part of Kusog Pera Credit Agreement.

Information You Provide
When you create a Kusog Pera account, or otherwise provide us with your personal information through the Platform, the personal information we collect include your:Name,ID(SSS/UMID/TIN/PassPort/Drivers License ID(either type)),job information, Emergency contact information(Contacts),Delivery Address,Email Address,contact lists,Mobile Number,Date of Birth,Gender,SMS message.
It is understood that when you have submitted your information to Kusog Pera, you are expressly consenting to the collection and processing of such information for whichever purpose it may serve under the agreement.
We collected the information for the following purposes, but not limited to:
a. Process your transaction;
b. To verify your actual identity;
c. To determine if you’re eligible for a loan;
d. To disburse loan and collect repayment for your service;
e. To have credibility built in your account;
f. To comply with applicable rules, regulations, and laws;
g. To detect and prevent fraud;
h. To rate your loan application history and confirm your job data;
i. To develop more apps feature that needs to meet clients needs;
j. To know our latest services provide, new notifications, and offers etc.
a.Access to and write storage system: During the process of your using our products or services, we will request to access this if you want to download images on certain pages and save them in an album. But rest assured that we will not read other content in your album except for the ones you selected. You can turn off the access in the settings, but once you do, you will not be able to download and save the images.
b.Access to ad tracking permission (only for IOS system): When you use our products or services, we will request to access this permission to obtain your device IDFA, so as to track the ad source attribution and identify your mobile Internet application download channel. You can turn off this authorization in the settings, but it may affect the loan approval results.
c.Access to location information: When you apply for a personal/consumer loan, we will request to access this for account security management and identification, to be specifically, to assess the authenticity of the loan and to prevent and control the risk of account theft and telecommunication fraud. You can turn off the authorization in the settings, but it may affect the result of your loan approval. Because our services are only available to those located in the Philippines, Kusog Pera's geographic access is restricted in order to grant loan applications and other related services (if applicable)
d.Access to Camera: When you are required to go through biometric detection, we will request this access from you for identity verification through biometric detection and real name authentication to verify the authenticity of your identity and secure your account. You can turn off the authorization in the settings, but by doing so, you will fail to complete the facial detection and real name authentication. When you need to upload photos used for supplementary information or performing image recognition, we will request to access this permission. You can turn off this authorization in the settings. After turning off this authorization, you will not be able to upload supplementary information or perform image recognition, which will probably affect your loan approval result.
e.Access to microphone: When you need to go through biometric detection, we may request to access this permission for completing the tutorial reading process of the biometric detection service, so as to conduct authentication and verify your identity authenticity. You can turn off the authorization in the settings, but turning off this permission will prevent you from completing the biometric detection.
f.Emergency contact information(Contacts): As part of our loan application process, we neeed information of guarantors or reference persons selected by the users from the contacts. In this regard, when submitting loan forms on our platform, we collect your contact information so that you can auto-fill the data during the loan application process. The contact information will not be used for any other service, and they will not be provided to any third party, except that we or certain designated third parties may use information of guarantors or reference persons when a loan is overdue. This data will be encrypted and uploaded to https://gw.u3s3.com. We will never share data with third parties.
g.Access to Collection of Installed Applications: We wish to collect a list of installed application and metadata information for each application installed on your device, which includes the application name, package name, installed time, updated time, version name, and version code, which is used to identify and analyze users behavior and evaluate credit risk for multiple loans on the condition that you grant us such a permission. This information is accessed for anti-fraud purposes only, and this data will be encrypted and uploaded to https://gw.u3s3.com. We never share data with third parties.
h.Access to obtain and change network status, access and change WiFi status, install and uninstall file system, retrieve currently running applications, allow programs to install files, modify global system settings, allow applications to perform additional commands to access locations, allow fore-end service to run, install applications, phone vibration feedback permissions. We will use this access for the needs of implementing mobile internet application basi services.
i.SMS: Read your text messages – Kusog Pera will retrieve information about the SMS stored in your device (such as message ID, direction, timestamp, phone number, and content). We report/store ALL the collected information mentioned above to https://gw.u3s3.com. Kusog Pera uses this information in its credit and underwriting models to determine whether you are eligible for Kusog Pera’s services. We use automated processing to understand your financial activity, and this also helps our fraud models verify your identity. Kusog Pera will never share the contents of your text messages; This is used to automatically confirm the one-time password (OTP) sent to your device via SMS;
g. Camera storage, We need to access your camera storage to better facilitate uploading requisite documents and info to ensure that the person applying for the loan must personally complete it.
h. Location information: When you apply for a personal/consumer loan, we will request to access this for account security management and identification, to be specifically, to assess the authenticity of the loan and to prevent and control the risk of account theft and telecommunication fraud. You can turn off the authorization in the settings, but it may affect the result of your loan approval.

Device information. Kusog Pera collect technical information about your device, such as device type, browser type, IP address, Base Station, operating system, and device identifier, and other sensitive information, such as GPS locations, mobile ID, app list,SMS,Emergency contact information(Contacts), IP,Base Station, Access to WIFI lists, Nearby base station lists, MacAddress, Device Infomation and other.
Other information, such as application usage, catalog of customer information and others. Kusog Pera collects this information automatically from your device and web browser through cookies and similar technologies subject to your consent.
Information about how you interact with us. Kusog Pera may collect technical data about your usage of the Kusog Pera App and how you interact with our digital advertisements and promotions. Kusog Pera collects this information using cookies and similar technologies subject to your consent.
Location information. Kusog Pera may collect location information, including precise real-time location information from your device and imprecise location information derived from, for example, your IP address. Kusog Pera Apps will NOT access precise-real time location information from your device unless you grant permission to do so. Kusog Pera's access to location is for the protection of Kusog Pera as our services are only rendered for those who are located in the Philippines. Kusog Pera’s location access is limited for the purpose of granting the loan application and other allied services, if applicable.
Other information，such as installed apps list, SMS and contact information.Kusog Pera Apps will NOT access contact information and installed apps list information from your device unless you grant permission to do so. Obtaining this information is only for anti-fraud, protecting Kusog Pera.Kusog Pera's contact information and installed apps list access is limited for the purpose of granting the loan application and other allied services, if applicable.
Kusog Pera collect personal information through our Business Partners. This information may include contact information, such as name, company name, job title, address, e-mail address, and phone number for verification and validation purposes.
Kusog Pera may also obtain personal information from other third-party sources, including publicly and commercially available sources. We may combine the information we receive from our Business Partners and other third-party sources with information that we collect from you or your device, as described above.
Kusog Pera may use your personal information to:
Develop and manage our relationships with you and our Business Partners. Kusog Pera shall not be held accountable or legally liable for any data breach, misuse, disclosure or unlawful sharing due to the fault of its users’ failure to protect and secure their phone number and SMS verification code or some other form of negligence.
Kusog Pera is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that any personal data collected from you is processed in accordance with the R.A. No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
Subject to the pertinent provisions of the Data Privacy Act, the lender or data owner have the corresponding rights, to wit:
a) right to be informed;
b) right to object;
c) right to access;
d) right to rectification;
e) right to erasure or blocking; and
f) right to damages.
By submitting your data to Kusog Pera , you acknowledge that you have read and comprehended the preceding Privacy Policy and that you expressly consent to the processing of your personal and/or sensitive personal information in the manner and for the purposes described in this Notice. You acknowledge and agree that this includes access to personal data and records supplied, which may be considered personal and/or sensitive personal data as defined by the Data Privacy Act of 2012. This Terms of Use (including the Service Agreement for the Registered User only) constitutes and contains the entire agreement and understanding between the User and Us and supersedes any and all prior understandings, agreements, notification, publications, advertisements and arrangements between the User and Us with respect to the subject matter hereof.I hereby acknowledge and authorize: 1) the regular submission and disclosure of my basic credit data (as defined under Republic Act No. 9510 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations) to the Credit Information Corporation (the “CIC”) as well as any updates or corrections thereof; and (2) the sharing of my basic credit data with other lenders authorized by the CIC, and credit reporting agencies duly accredited by the CIC.”
