When you create a Kusog Pera account, or otherwise provide us with your personal information through the Platform, the personal information we collect include your:Name,ID(SSS/UMID/TIN/PassPort/Drivers License ID(either type)),job information, Emergency contact information(Contacts),Delivery Address,Email Address,contact lists,Mobile Number,Date of Birth,Gender,SMS message.
It is understood that when you have submitted your information to Kusog Pera, you are expressly consenting to the collection and processing of such information for whichever purpose it may serve under the agreement.
We collected the information for the following purposes, but not limited to:
a. Process your transaction;
b. To verify your actual identity;
c. To determine if you’re eligible for a loan;
d. To disburse loan and collect repayment for your service;
e. To have credibility built in your account;
f. To comply with applicable rules, regulations, and laws;
g. To detect and prevent fraud;
h. To rate your loan application history and confirm your job data;
i. To develop more apps feature that needs to meet clients needs;
j. To know our latest services provide, new notifications, and offers etc.
a. Access to Data from Device Settings: These can be turned on through your device settings allowing Kusog Pera to access your GPS location and biometric login. This is for the protection of your account as part of risk assessment management, fraud detection and security protocol or practices;
b. Access to Device Information: these includes metadata connection with device character and configuration such as information of device brand, model, storage, memory, battery, WI-FI and Bluetooth and other or any data describing the device to while in the process of your loan application;
c. Access to your Registered Accounts: these includes various metadata connected to the users’ accounts on the device such as social media and email applications to identify and analyze users behavior and evaluate credit risk for multiple loans on the condition that you grant us such a permission.
d. Access to Calendar and Contacts: these are associated with various metadata connected with calendar and contact information such as events, attendees and reminders;
e. Access to Media Data: these are associated with with various metadata connected with photos, music, audios, videos and files that are stored only in the external storage for verification and authenticity purposes;
Device information. Kusog Pera collect technical information about your device, such as device type, browser type, IP address, Base Station, operating system, and device identifier, and other sensitive information, such as GPS locations, mobile ID, app list,SMS,Emergency contact information(Contacts), IP,Base Station, Access to WIFI lists, Nearby base station lists, MacAddress, Device Infomation and other.
Other information, such as application usage, catalog of customer information and others. Kusog Pera collects this information automatically from your device and web browser through cookies and similar technologies subject to your consent.
Information about how you interact with us. Kusog Pera may collect technical data about your usage of the Kusog Pera App and how you interact with our digital advertisements and promotions. Kusog Pera collects this information using cookies and similar technologies subject to your consent.
Location information. Kusog Pera may collect location information, including precise real-time location information from your device and imprecise location information derived from, for example, your IP address. Kusog Pera Apps will NOT access precise-real time location information from your device unless you grant permission to do so. Kusog Pera's access to location is for the protection of Kusog Pera as our services are only rendered for those who are located in the Philippines. Kusog Pera’s location access is limited for the purpose of granting the loan application and other allied services, if applicable.
Other information，such as installed apps list, SMS and contact information.Kusog Pera Apps will NOT access contact information and installed apps list information from your device unless you grant permission to do so. Obtaining this information is only for anti-fraud, protecting Kusog Pera.Kusog Pera's contact information and installed apps list access is limited for the purpose of granting the loan application and other allied services, if applicable.
Kusog Pera collect personal information through our Business Partners. This information may include contact information, such as name, company name, job title, address, e-mail address, and phone number for verification and validation purposes.
Kusog Pera may also obtain personal information from other third-party sources, including publicly and commercially available sources. We may combine the information we receive from our Business Partners and other third-party sources with information that we collect from you or your device, as described above.
Kusog Pera may use your personal information to:
Develop and manage our relationships with you and our Business Partners. Subject to the pertinent provisions of the Data Privacy Act, the lender or data owner have the corresponding rights, to wit:

h) right to file complaint.
Your rights, however, shall be subject to applicable internal policies, relevant laws and regulations.
I, Borrower, expressly consents to the collection, generation, use, processing, storage, retention, disclosure, and disposal of my personal data by the Company for the following purposes and/or terms: a) as necessary to process my loan application; b) necessary for the proper execution of processes related to the inquiries, applications and products of the Company; c) necessary for follow-ups and notification of changes/modifications in the client information forms, application forms; d) billing and collection purposes; and e.) sending of marketing materials related to or in connection with the latest promotions and products; and, e) the use, retention, or disclosure is reasonably necessary, required or authorized by or under the law. I further expressly acknowledge and confirm that I am fully aware of my rights under Republic Act (R. A.) No. 10173 or The Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other relevant privacy laws which include, but are not limited to, the right to revise, change, or withdraw consent, and erase or destroy and prevent further use of my information after written notification in accordance with the pertinent laws.

This Terms of Use (including the Service Agreement for the Registered User only) constitutes and contains the entire agreement and understanding between the User and Us and supersedes any and all prior understandings, agreements, notification, publications, advertisements and arrangements between the User and Us with respect to the subject matter hereof.I hereby acknowledge and authorize: 1) the regular submission and disclosure of my basic credit data (as defined under Republic Act No. 9510 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations) to the Credit Information Corporation (the “CIC”) as well as any updates or corrections thereof; and (2) the sharing of my basic credit data with other lenders authorized by the CIC, and credit reporting agencies duly accredited by the CIC.”
